FAQ'S

Got questions? Feel free to contact us.

1. What does the Dunder Pole Camera system do?

The Dunder system turns your GoPro into a live-feed underwater camera. By mounting your GoPro on the pole and connecting it to your phone or tablet, you can view real-time underwater footage instantly via the GoPro app.

2. Do I need a GoPro included with the product?

No — the Dunder Pole kits do not include a GoPro camera. You’ll need your own compatible GoPro (such as GoPro 12 or 13) to use the system.

3. What devices can I view the live feed on?

You can view the live underwater feed on any smartphone or tablet running the GoPro app. It can also be mirrored to a TV (e.g. via AirPlay) for coaching or group viewing.

4. What are the main differences between the models?
  • Dunder Pro: Longer reach (up to ~6m), heavier-duty, ideal for professional use
  • Dunder Pro Junior: Shorter (3m), lighter, easier to handle
  • Swim Pole: Designed specifically for pool coaching and technique feedback
5. What comes included in the kit?

Most kits include essentials like a telescopic pole, GoPro housing, phone holder, carry bag, and accessories (some models also include lights and safety lanyards).
